Parent & Tot: It is never too soon to teach your child to love the water! This class is designed for swimmers 6 months through 2 years. The focus is water safety and survival skills mixed with songs and games. This is a parent involved class. *6:1 ratio

Preschool (3-4 yrs): Beginning swimmers will be introduced to safety skills, water exploration, and building blocks while having fun. This is the right class if your swimmer has never swam before and is 3-4 years old. 

Advanced Preschool (3-4 yrs): Advanced preschoolers will continue to practice safety skills and learn fundamentals of stroke technique. 
 
Beginner 1 (5-9 yrs): Our beginner swimmers are divided into 3 levels; each level teaches different skills that build upon each other. Swimmers in this level will learn floating, kicking, and treading.

Beginner 2 (5-9 yrs): ​Our beginner swimmers are divided into 3 levels; each level teaches different skills that build upon each other. Swimmers in this level will learn armstrokes, gliding, diving, and treading.

Breather (5-9 yrs): Our beginner swimmers are divided into 3 levels; each level teaches different skills that build upon each other. Swimmers in this level will learn side breathing, further development of armstrokes (freestyle), back kicking, diving, and treading. 
 
Intermediate: Swimmers will work on stroke technique and endurance; strokes include Freestyle, Backstroke, and Elementary Backstroke.

Advanced: Swimmers will work on stroke technique and endurance; strokes include Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly.
 
Young Adults (10-17 yrs): This class is designed for teens and tweens who are novice swimmers, and will be taught at the pace of the individual swimmer.
 
Adults: All levels of experience are welcomed. Class is taught at student’s pace.
 
*Most of our classes are small groups with a 4:1 ratio unless otherwise noted.

We will not be offering private lessons this summer. ​​
